Refund policy
Here is our policy on returns:
We do not accept the Returs/Exchange of a product for reasons like:
- Customer Doesn't like the Colour.
- Doesn't the Design/Material.
- Or simply a change of mind

Items bought on sale/discount cannot be exchanged nor Returned.
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Payment Policy
- To ensure genuine orders, we may require a partial advance payment on COD orders. This amount ranges from ₹500 to up to 20% of the total order value.
- If a COD order is not accepted, refused, or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, a minimum of ₹500 will be non-refundable to cover shipping and handling costs.
- In cases where a partial payment has been made (₹500 up to 20%) and the order is not accepted, we reserve the right to deduct up to ₹1000 towards logistics and courier charges.
- These deductions help us manage high shipping costs associated with COD orders and are non-negotiable.
- By placing a COD order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within 24 hours of delivery. In case the package is received in damaged condition, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by contacting us at +91 9818075900
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at nimbupanibyruchika@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will take the necessary action.
3. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up.
4. We aim to process all returns within one week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at nimbupanibyruchika@gmail.com

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.
- We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 10 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 200 which will be adjusted in the refund/exchange/store credit amount.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We don't offer any returns and exchange on our products unless if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Product received by customer is in a damaged condition.
*Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased

If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please email us at nimbupanibyruchika@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item as soon as the packaging has been opened.
Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged
We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over after 24 hours of delivery. Our policy lasts 24 hours of delivery. If 24 hours have gone by since the product has been delivered, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.
We'd request you ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we're happy to exchange your product for a replacement, the same product, or a different product of the same value within 5 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.
All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges in case of any manufacturing defects in the product or an incorrect product has been delivered to you.
