SHIPPING POLICY

• Currently we ship pan India only, worldwide shipping is not available.
• We are committed to Ship all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 5-7 working days from order placed (excluding Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances.
• The prices are all inclusive of taxes and shipping charge that we have established with our logistics partners across various zones within the country.
  
• Shipping is Free for all prepaid orders.
• Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through either Email, SMS or WhatsApp  along with the tracking number. 
• Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Payment Policy:
  •  Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a mandatory partial advance payment, ranging from ₹500 to 20% of the total order value, at our sole discretion.
  • In the event of order refusal, non-acceptance, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we reserve the right to retain a minimum of ₹500 as non-refundable charges towards forward and reverse logistics.
  • Where a partial payment has been made, and the order is not accepted, we reserve the right to deduct up to ₹1000 from the amount paid, irrespective of order value.
  • These charges are strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable, as they represent actual shipping, handling, and operational costs incurred.
  • We further reserve the right to restrict or cancel COD access for customers with repeated order refusals.
  • By placing an order using COD, the customer irrevocably agrees to the above terms.
